JTP Renovations
JTP Renovations provides general contracting and construction management across renovations, interior build-outs, restorations, and related residential and commercial work. Projects range from kitchens, bathrooms, apartment refreshes, and full interior renovations to additions, damage restoration, unit turnovers, drywall and plaster repair, painting, and refinishing. JTP Renovations is built around a straightforward approach to construction: clear expectations, responsive communication, and quality work carried through from start to finish. Serving residential and commercial clients throughout New York City and Long Island, the company combines hands-on project management with a practical understanding of what it takes to keep renovation work organized, efficient, and moving forward.
Rather than treating successful construction as simply reaching the finish line, JTP focuses on how the project is managed along the way: anticipating issues, maintaining accountability, and making sure completed work reflects the standards established at the outset. The result is a construction partner focused equally on workmanship, reliability, and the client experience.

Residential & Commercial Construction
From full interior renovations and build-outs to restoration work, JTP coordinates the details that connect a project – from initial scope and scheduling to specialist trades, finish work, quality control, and final walkthrough. The team places particular emphasis on honest scoping and proactive communication, helping clients understand the requirements, timing, and decisions involved before and during construction. That approach has helped JTP build its business around repeat relationships and referrals.
On larger and more complex projects, that coordination becomes especially important. At 270 Floral, JTP managed the full-scope renovation work following mitigation, overseeing trade sequencing, site operations, quality control, punch-list work, and closeout through final delivery. That hands-on role reflects the company’s broader philosophy: keep responsibilities clear, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain quality from rough construction through finished details. Across projects of different scales, JTP applies the same emphasis on accountability and finish quality. Careful coordination helps minimize uncertainty during construction, while consistent oversight helps ensure the completed space performs as intended. By combining practical construction experience with a client-focused process, JTP delivers renovation work designed to feel as considered in execution as it does in the finished result.
